The SnugBug Compression Sheet is an alternative to a weighted blanket. The compression of the SnugBug sheet should simulate deep pressure therapy. Deep pressure therapy works by depressing the nervous system so that a person feels calmer and is soothed into sleep.

The SnugBug Compression Sheet is designed for children and works by wrapping around a mattress, much like a pillowcase. The child slides under the sheet and is kept securely in place by the stretch of the fabric around the mattress. Made of nylon spandex, the sheet compresses against the child’s body, providing deep pressure stimulation.
